PRICING

Copey Creek is proud to host one wedding per weekend. This allows brides and their families the chance to truly enjoy their time here on the farm. We truly believe that wedding planning and execution shouldn't feel rushed. For this reason, and many more, Copey Creek offers one wedding package. Our package includes three days on our farm: the day before your event, the day of your event and a portion of the day following your event. This block of three days can be used during any portion of the week, but is most frequently used for Saturday events.

Our wedding package includes the set up and take down services required for our 20 wooden farm tables, 160 indoor chairs, and 200 outdoor folding chairs at the ceremony site. We also include a parking attendant an hour before your ceremony; to assist guests as they arrive.

Where are you located?

We live here on our beautiful farm at the north end of Clarkesville, Georgia. We have about 300 acres with gorgeous mountain views. Our setting is certainly rustic with tall grasses, old buildings, shady nooks, winding creeks and open pasture land.

What is included in the wedding packages?

With each wedding package you will receive access to the barn and surrounding pasture land. In order to accommodate your guests, we offer 20 farm tables, 200 folding chairs, the setup and takedown of those tables and chairs and 2 parking attendants without any additional cost.

How much time will I get with my wedding package?

We look at this business as an opportunity to serve others. For this reason, we happily host one wedding per weekend. We believe that this allows us to focus solely on our couples. By hosting one wedding each weekend, we can offer ample time on the farm in each wedding package. Your contracted time with us will begin at 8am the day before your wedding and carry through until 12pm the day after your wedding.

How many guests does the barn accommodate?

Our barn can accommodate up to 225 guests and 50 guests on the outdoor patio.

Can I choose my own vendors?

We believe that brides should be allowed to totally customize their weddings. By choosing your own vendors, you are able to create an event that is a true reflection of your styles and tastes. Although vendor decisions are left up to you, we always provide a vendor list of those that we have experience working with.

Do you have an alcohol policy?

According to Habersham County law, you may serve beer and wine only. Please be sure to ask about more specifics while on your farm tour.

When do you allow brides and grooms to come for a tour?

We typically reserve weekday evenings for farm tours. However, we often have some weekend slots available. If you would like to schedule a tour, use the contact page and send a message to Kimberly. She will happily put something on the calendar for you.
